structural engineer

Faces Engineering is looking for a Structural Engineer to join our Milan team. We are open to candidates at different levels of experience, including:
- Design Engineers (3–4 years of experience)
- Junior Engineers (1–2 years of experience)
You will be involved in the design and analysis of structural systems across a range of materials, contributing to the delivery of high-quality engineering projects.
Key Requirements
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, with a focus on Structural Engineering
- Good knowledge of structural design across different materials (concrete, steel, masonry and timber)
- Familiarity with current structural and seismic design standards (NTC 2018 and Eurocodes)
- Experience with FEM software commonly used in professional practice (SAP2000, ETABS, Midas, Straus)
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Familiarity with parametric design tools (Dynamo and/or Grasshopper) is a plus
- Site experience and willingness to be involved in construction site activities are considered a plus
- Fluency in Italian and English
Languages
- Fluency in both English and Italian (required)
